Molly Clark is a qualified osteopath who holds both a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) from Victoria University. As a recent graduate, Molly brings fresh knowledge, a strong understanding of current evidence, and a deep passion for helping people move and feel better.
Before becoming an osteopath, Molly worked as a personal trainer and has spent several years immersed in the strength, fitness, and rehabilitation space. This background allows her to bridge the gap between manual therapy and movement-based care, creating treatment plans that are both hands-on and functional. She particularly enjoys working with clients who are interested in strength training—especially those who love barbell work like powerlifting and Olympic lifting—but she’s equally passionate about meeting people wherever they are in their journey, whether that’s recovering from injury, building confidence with movement, or managing ongoing pain.
Molly enjoys treating a broad range of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck and back pain, hip dysfunction, shoulder issues, and knee injuries. She takes a predominantly structural approach to treatment, using a combination of manual techniques and active rehabilitation strategies tailored to each individual. Molly is dedicated to providing care that is informed by the latest research and best-practice guidelines. She believes that no two people are the same, and strives to understand the full picture of what’s contributing to someone’s pain—including physical, lifestyle, and psychosocial factors.
Education and empowerment are key pillars of Molly’s practice. She believes in helping patients understand what’s going on in their bodies, and giving them the tools and support they need to take an active role in their recovery. Her goal is always to create a safe, collaborative space where people feel heard, supported, and motivated to move forward.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll likely find Molly training at the gym, spending time with friends, or tending to more than 50 houseplants!
